Disposition versions
1. The fees payable by a corporation or partnership for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate or certificate under the Act, for the amendment of such qualification certificate or certificate and for the issue of a certified true copy of the documents are established as follows:
(1) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 9 of the Act are $671;
(2) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 11 of the Act are $671;
(3) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 13 of the Act are $671;
(4) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 17 of the Act are $402;
(5) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 10 and 12 of the Act are $402;
(6) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 14 to 16 or sections 19 to 22 of the Act are $135;
(7) the fees for the issue of a certified true copy of a certificate or an annual certificate issued under the Act are $32.
The fees shall be payable to the Minister by the corporation or partnership in a lump sum on the date on which the application to the Minister is made.
1. The fees payable by a corporation or partnership for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate or certificate under the Act, for the amendment of such qualification certificate or certificate and for the issue of a certified true copy of the documents are established as follows:
(1) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 9 of the Act are $639;
(2) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 11 of the Act are $639;
(3) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 13 of the Act are $639;
(4) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 17 of the Act are $383;
(5) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 10 and 12 of the Act are $383;
(6) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 14 to 16 or sections 19 to 22 of the Act are $128;
(7) the fees for the issue of a certified true copy of a certificate or an annual certificate issued under the Act are $30.50.
The fees shall be payable to the Minister by the corporation or partnership in a lump sum on the date on which the application to the Minister is made.
1. The fees payable by a corporation or partnership for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate or certificate under the Act, for the amendment of such qualification certificate or certificate and for the issue of a certified true copy of the documents are established as follows:
(1) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 9 of the Act are $600;
(2) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 11 of the Act are $600;
(3) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 13 of the Act are $600;
(4) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 17 of the Act are $360;
(5) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 10 and 12 of the Act are $360;
(6) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 14 to 16 or sections 19 to 22 of the Act are $120;
(7) the fees for the issue of a certified true copy of a certificate or an annual certificate issued under the Act are $28.75.
The fees shall be payable to the Minister by the corporation or partnership in a lump sum on the date on which the application to the Minister is made.
1. The fees payable by a corporation or partnership for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate or certificate under the Act, for the amendment of such qualification certificate or certificate and for the issue of a certified true copy of the documents are established as follows:
(1) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 9 of the Act are $585;
(2) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 11 of the Act are $585;
(3) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 13 of the Act are $585;
(4) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 17 of the Act are $351;
(5) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 10 and 12 of the Act are $351;
(6) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 14 to 16 or sections 19 to 22 of the Act are $117;
(7) the fees for the issue of a certified true copy of a certificate or an annual certificate issued under the Act are $28.
The fees shall be payable to the Minister by the corporation or partnership in a lump sum on the date on which the application to the Minister is made.
1. The fees payable by a corporation or partnership for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate or certificate under the Act, for the amendment of such qualification certificate or certificate and for the issue of a certified true copy of the documents are established as follows:
(1) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 9 of the Act are $578;
(2) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 11 of the Act are $578;
(3) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 13 of the Act are $578;
(4) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 17 of the Act are $347;
(5) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 10 and 12 of the Act are $347;
(6) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 14 to 16 or sections 19 to 22 of the Act are $116;
(7) the fees for the issue of a certified true copy of a certificate or an annual certificate issued under the Act are $27.75.
The fees shall be payable to the Minister by the corporation or partnership in a lump sum on the date on which the application to the Minister is made.
1. The fees payable by a corporation or partnership for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate or certificate under the Act, for the amendment of such qualification certificate or certificate and for the issue of a certified true copy of the documents are established as follows:
(1) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 9 of the Act are $568;
(2) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 11 of the Act are $568;
(3) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 13 of the Act are $568;
(4) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 17 of the Act are $341;
(5) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 10 and 12 of the Act are $341;
(6) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 14 to 16 or sections 19 to 22 of the Act are $114;
(7) the fees for the issue of a certified true copy of a certificate or an annual certificate issued under the Act are $27.25.
The fees shall be payable to the Minister by the corporation or partnership in a lump sum on the date on which the application to the Minister is made.

The fees payable by a corporation or partnership for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate or certificate under the Act, for the amendment of such qualification certificate or certificate and for the issue of a certified true copy of the documents are established as follows:
(1) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 9 of the Act are $558;
(2) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 11 of the Act are $558;
(3) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 13 of the Act are $558;
(4) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 17 of the Act are $335;
(5) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 10 and 12 of the Act are $335;
(6) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 14 to 16 or sections 19 to 22 of the Act are $112;
(7) the fees for the issue of a certified true copy of a certificate or an annual certificate issued under the Act are $26.75.
The fees shall be payable to the Minister by the corporation or partnership in a lump sum on the date on which the application to the Minister is made.
1. The fees payable by a corporation or partnership for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate or certificate under the Act, for the amendment of such qualification certificate or certificate and for the issue of a certified true copy of the documents are established as follows:
(1) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 9 of the Act are $553;
(2) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 11 of the Act are $553;

(4) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 17 of the Act are $332;
(5) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 10 and 12 of the Act are $332;
(6) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 14 to 16 or sections 19 to 22 of the Act are $111;
(7) the fees for the issue of a certified true copy of a certificate or an annual certificate issued under the Act are $26.50.
The fees shall be payable to the Minister by the corporation or partnership in a lump sum on the date on which the application to the Minister is made.
1. The fees payable by a corporation or partnership for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate or certificate under the Act, for the amendment of such qualification certificate or certificate and for the issue of a certified true copy of the documents are established as follows:
(1) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 9 of the Act are $549;
(2) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 11 of the Act are $549;
(3) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 13 of the Act are $549;
(4) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 17 of the Act are $330;
(5) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 10 and 12 of the Act are $330;
(6) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 14 to 16 or sections 19 to 22 of the Act are $110;

The fees shall be payable to the Minister by the corporation or partnership in a lump sum on the date on which the application to the Minister is made.
1. The fees payable by a corporation or partnership for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate or certificate under the Act, for the amendment of such qualification certificate or certificate and for the issue of a certified true copy of the documents are established as follows:
(1) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 9 of the Act are $537;
(2) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 11 of the Act are $537;
(3) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 13 of the Act are $537;
(4) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 17 of the Act are $323;

The fees shall be payable to the Minister by the corporation or partnership in a lump sum on the date on which the application to the Minister is made.
1. The fees payable by a corporation or partnership for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate or certificate under the Act, for the amendment of such qualification certificate or certificate and for the issue of a certified true copy of the documents are established as follows:
(1) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 9 of the Act are $532;
(2) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 11 of the Act are $532;
(3) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 13 of the Act are $532;
(4) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 17 of the Act are $320;
(5) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 10 and 12 of the Act are $320;
(6) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 14 to 16 or sections 19 to 22 of the Act are $107;
(7) the fees for the issue of a certified true copy of a certificate or an annual certificate issued under the Act are $25.50.
The fees shall be payable to the Minister by the corporation or partnership in a lump sum on the date on which the application to the Minister is made.

The fees payable by a corporation or partnership for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate or certificate under the Act, for the amendment of such qualification certificate or certificate and for the issue of a certified true copy of the documents are established as follows:
(1) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 9 of the Act are $519;
(2) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 11 of the Act are $519;
(3) the fees for the examination of an application for a qualification certificate under section 13 of the Act are $519;
(4) the fees for the examination of an application for a certificate under section 17 of the Act are $312;
(5) the fees for the examination of an application for an amendment of a qualification certificate or certificate issued in accordance with sections 10 and 12 of the Act are $312;
